I don't like the products I ordered and would like to return them
- You have 14 days to return the products delivered.
- have your customer number, invoice number and the corresponding item name ready. You will find these on your order confirmation, invoice or on the delivery note.
- it is best to pack the products in the original ANIfit shipping carton.
- generate the DHL shipping label or barcode by clicking on ‘Register return’.
- take the parcel to the DHL parcel shop.
- a credit note will be issued within 14 days of receipt of your return. We will only deduct 6 euros for the return of the parcel.

The delivered products have defects that I would like to complain about
The best way to process the complaint quickly is as follows:
- click on Register complaint.
- have your customer number, invoice number and the corresponding article name ready. You will find these on your order confirmation, invoice or delivery note.
- take as detailed a photo as possible of the defect that has occurred and of the complete product (in the case of the can, including the expiry date on the base).
- describe the defect in brief sentences.
